Weekend

I didnt realize how hard it would be to keep up with blogging, with school and everything!

Saturday~best friend Emma came over

We made chocolate cupcakes, (NOT a box mix) with a hint of coconut extract. While those were cooking we made Fettuccine Alfredo, Angel Hair pasta, and chicken. (Yeah, we're gonna be the wives of some lucky men one day!)

Jacuzzi+Pool while cupcakes cooled. Stress free weekend with no homework!

Made 2 different types of frosting-chocolate buttercream & coconut cream cheese (which was a little too Pìna Colada-ish for me-but still good!)

We cheated on our "diets" and indulged in this savory treat-vowing to work it off later! But also deciding to experiment with new cupcake recipes more often.

Sunday~exploring some new trails with best friend Gabe. Found an awesome tree and of course took the opportunity to climb it. Nothing better than reverting to the inner child/monkey. :)
